How much will you offer for my property?
Our offer will be based on a percentage of your property´s open market value, usually 70-80%.

Will anybody know about the sale?
No, it’s completely confidential. We will never put up a sold sign and the transaction can take place without anyone knowing.

Do I have to accept the offer straight away?
No, you are under no obligation to accept our offer straight away. Our offer will remain valid for 14 days after the written offer has been made. After the 14 day period we will have to re-evaluate the current market conditions.
